Q) How can I subscribe to Kaiascan's API?

You can subscribe to Kaiascan’s API by choosing one of the plans above.

Q) How can I upgrade my account?

If you wish to upgrade your account, select the plan you want to upgrade to and follow the next steps.

Q) What payment options are available?

We accept major credit cards that are supported by Stripe.

Q) What is your policy on refunds?

Payments made are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any services already paid for.

Q) When will I get my API key?

You will receive your API key immediately after your payment is confirmed. If you upgraded your plan, your existing API key can be used with your new plan.

Q) How does the renewal process work?

Stripe billing is set to auto-renew by default. If you do not cancel your subscription by 3 days before your billing date, you authorize us to automatically charge your account for the next billing cycle.

The billing portal will display an auto-billing date, indicating when your subscription will automatically renew after the initial term or the current renewal term. This information will be reflected in your account unless you cancel or terminate before the new term begins.

Q) Does Kaiascan API provide Finschia’s historical data?

Presently, Kaiascan’s API only covers historical data of Klaytn/Kaia.

Q) Is there a limit on the number of API keys I can request?

Each user is limited to three API keys.

Q) What should I do if my API key is not working?

If your API key is not working, please check that it is correctly copied and that you are adhering to the usage limits. If the issue persists, contact our support team for assistance.

Q) How can I regenerate my API key if it has been compromised?

If you believe one of your API keys has been compromised, you can delete one API key per day. If two or more has been compromised, please contact Us immediately. We will deactivate the current keys so you can generate new ones.
